Port Townsend Chocolate Company's cookies are a burst of minty flavor. Each cookie has 2 chocolate wafers with a white chocolate center. The white chocolate is infused with peppermint extract. Each cookie is then hand dipped in either a dark chocolate with a 56% cocoa content or a white chocolate. Each cookie is then stylized.
